WE BELIEVE IN EASY LOW DRAMA CARPET CLEANING, THAT SHOULD NOT TAKE UP YOUR WHOLE DAY.
We request you remove breakables such as lamps, glass items, plants, and personal items such as baskets or toys prior to our arrival. However, you don't have to move out of your home.
While our process is low moisture, the cleaning area will be subject to sprayed spotters & cleaners, so any papers or cardboard items should not be on the floor.
For safety, children and pets should be supervised and secured away from the cleaning areas.
Heavy over sized items should be left in place, such as entertainment centers, book shelves, bedroom furniture and sleeper sofas. Even with "Sliders", moving heavy items across your carpet will damage fibers, loosen your installation and damage the backing of your carpet.
Smaller items will be moved as we go, such as end tables, coffee tables, dinettes, ect. Recliners, sofa's, loveseats will be rolled forward to be cleaned under & replaced in spot.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY CARPETS?
Most of our clients get their carpets cleaned Spring & Fall (Every six months) This can be slightly more or less depending on the amount of occupants in the home, pets, children, and sensitivity to allergens and contaminants in your carpet from your lifestyle.
Regularly maintained carpet lasts longer, and is just healthier and more pleasant. Less used rooms such as guest rooms can be done little or yearly, but will still accumulate airborne contaminates.
YOU CAN NEVER VACUUM TOO MUCH FOR YOUR CARPETS HEALTH!
Vacuum vacuum vacuum, as much as it's no fun. Sand and dirt work as abrasives when walked on, scratching your carpet fibers and wearing them out faster.
Worn, or "Dinged Out" fibers (Also called "Traffic Lane Grey") result in a grey wear pattern that can not be removed on carpet that is thoroughly clean. This is not dirt, but scratches IN the fiber that result in an unattractive walk way pattern.
